Meeting: DSP & FLS Councils

Lighthouse Cove’s DSP and Frontline Supervisor Councils are two separate groups made up of leading professionals that help keep Lighthouse Cove’s Board of Directors and the Lighthouse Cove team, and a supportive and representative role for their fellow DSPs.

Each Council meets quarterly – either in person or virtually – to discuss issues affecting DSPs and Frontline Supervisors, respectively. Both groups formulate and offer recommendations to Lighthouse Cove related to the execution of our mission, including improving service delivery and job satisfaction. Council members play a significant part in planning Lighthouse Cove’s annual Summit and DSP Recognition Event, and in other regular programming. Each member serves a term of two (2) years.
