The Lighthouse Cove Council Meetings

The Lighthouse Cove Council is made up of leading professionals that help keep Lighthouse Cove’s Board of Directors and the Lighthouse Cove team informed about the frontline experience. They act in supportive and representative roles for their fellow DSPs and Supervisors.

The Lighthouse Cove Council meets monthly – either in person or virtually – to discuss issues affecting DSPs and Frontline Supervisors, respectively. The Council members formulate and offer recommendations to Lighthouse Cove related to the execution of our mission, including improving service delivery and job satisfaction. Council members play a significant part in planning Lighthouse Cove’s annual Summit and DSP Recognition Event, and in other regular programming. Each member serves a term of two (2) years.
